GPS Cell Phones for College Campus Safety

For a moment put yourself in the shoes of a college student. Then imagine that the college you are attending requires that you have a GPS activated cell phone. So far so good but some students Montclair Universty in New Jersey are not liking this idea. This Universty is not requiring all there students to have this special cellphone that will enable emergency tracking services. This phone will be able to track the students location at any time.
